FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How many does The Suite hold?
- For a standing event, maximum 200. Sitting 150 theatre style, 120 eating.
- Is there a room hire fee?
- Yes, there is. A non-refundable deposit of £125 is payable on booking. Please contact us for full details.
- What time is the bar available until?
- For all functions, the latest we can keep the bar open is 12 midnight. The whole suite closes at 12.30am at the latest.
- Can we bring our own drink?
- Sorry, no. We sell & supply all the drinks and alcohol consumed on the premises.
- What food options are available?
- Paula, who manages all bookings at the Crossways, also provides all the catering on a separate basis. Hot & cold buffets, hog roasts and a 2-course menu are all available. We do not allow outside caterers, unfortunately.
- Can we lay up & decorate the room as we want it?
- Yes, you can, including the entrance hall. Paula will be able to advise on what's allowed and where & help with layout ideas.
- Is a DJ & disco available?
- Yes, there is. We have our own in-house DJ available for discos.
- Is parking free?
- Yes. We have own own car park for approx. 40 cars.
